A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers have the right to cancel under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dropsirius, Dammstr. 46, 74076 Heilbronn, Germany, Email: info@dropsirius.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract via a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case will you incur fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods if this loss is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
General Instructions

Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Return the items in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
